I am happy to say that the pain in my arm from the flu shot has gotten significantly better. I no longer have difficulty getting dressed. There is still some soreness that i feel on occasion but I believe it will subside in time. I received my shot in early October..so its been about 2 months. I was doing early morning stretching which helped with the soreness i woke up with. Hopefully yours will feel better soon. Good Luck
