Im a researcher in this area, and all those methods are plain old myths. Won´t work, you waste your time and you risk injury like peroxide gingival burning. Beside teeth whitening requires a dental health assesment because other conditions could be mistaken with "darkening" and almost every patient require previous detartrectomy for this kind of procedure. I think this is an irresponsable post.
