That is a vile experience. That Dr should be sacked as those standards would not hold up in the modern medical world. I am totally disgusted as someone who works in the health sector and know about the rigorous training we have in infection control. Scraping it off with his finger nail - disgusting. You need to put in a serious complaint. What country is this in?
