Once you have missed a pill, the effectiveness of the pill decreases. As you know, if you miss one pill today, tomorrow you should be taking 2. Still, even if you compensate for the pill missed, nothing is guaranteed.
So, to answer your question, yes you can be pregnant, but you'l have to wait and see until your next period is due.
