I know that missing one pill doesn't usually increase your chances of getting pregnant, but the other day I missed a pill and took it the next morning, probably 10 hours later than I usually would. I have been taking the pill for two straight years now and some on and off before that, but when I missed it was my first month of a more generic brand of the pill I usually take. I started spotting that day, and I had sex without a condom a few hours later. I wouldn't be worried except that my period was supposed to start a day or two ago and it's usually not late on the pill. I'm hoping that this could be because the spotting turned into heavier bleeding and maybe that could be affecting my period? What are my chances of being pregnant?
