Since you made up the missed pill as soon as you remembered, you should be fine. (In other words, you took two pills that next day, right?)
I'm sorry that the condom fell off, but this is why we use backup methods of birth control, so that if one fails, we have the other to rely on. Good for you, and I don't think you have to worry. I know it seems like it since the two things happened closely together, but in general, if you miss one pill and make it up by taking two the next day, your protection from pregnancy doesn't change. It's only when you miss two or more pills that it would be more worrisome.
