There is no way around it, exercise is the only constant other than maintaining a healthy diet that will shed the pounds and promote overall physical, mental and emotional wellness.
The benefits are numerous and invaluable:
1. Reduces the waistline
2. Reduces stress and stress induced hormones -- cortisol
3. Releases endorphins
4. Supports better sleep patterns (also reduces cortisol production)
5. Promotes a sense of confidence and empowerment

30 minutes per day, minimum is all you need. Go for it!
