With a regular 28 day cycle normally ovulation occurs on or around the 14th day. However, this is not 100% and may occur sooner or later allowing for the possibility of pregnancy. There really is no yes or no answer to your question since the only true tests for pregnancy begin with a home pregnancy test followed by blood work and listening for a heart beat.
As far as pain in your right breast, normally breast tenderness occurs in both breasts not just one. Have you had any trauma to that breast? If not, you may want to see your doctor about that.
