Im 23 years old and have three nieces that are 15. Its all up to you on how u want to be. I personally shower twice a day morning and afternoon. I used to wear tampons when i was younger, and now feel more comfotable wearing pads, unless an ocassion occurs. My nieces dont use tampons, they say it feels weired. As if what type of shoes to wear it is all up to you. I suggest to go try on some and see how u feel in them and if u can walk in them. I try to look at what other girls are wearing to get ideas on what is in style and what to wear.
