You SHOULD celebrate when you lose four pounds! Or even two pounds! Every step in the right direction is a big step, in my opinion, especially when it comes to losing weight. It's more important to get it off slowly and keep it off than it is to get it off fast, because people who lose it fast are much more likely to gain it all back. If you lose four pounds and keep them off, you're a rock star! Keep it up!
