Stop pressuring him for sex all the time and just consentrate on having fun together.
The more your telling him your gonna leave, is not gonna make him feel any better or want to have sex with you, your probably putting him of it more.
Go back to doing the things together you both did at the start of the relationship and see what happens there.
If other areas of your lives are not good maybe its time to end the relationship.
If after doing couple stuff for a while (months not a few days) start to be more seductive but not so he knows what your doing, wear sexy underwear, bed clothes, a small towel after having a shower, etc... give him a massage.
Before you both start being sexual again though you both have to feel happy and relaxed in your relationship
