I've personally used it and have had some incredible results. I lost over 20lbs in the first month. I was trying to eat healty, but the only real excersize I did was yoga and, occasionally, pilates. Anyway, after trying many other weight-loss programs with no real results, I have to say the acai has deffinately got my vote! I have about 15 more pounds to go & I'm saving them till January ;)
