I'm so sorry that you have so much going on, and that it's making you so anxious. That's not an easy way to live, especially when you're hoping to become pregnant!

When you had this pain before, before you had the polyp removed, did it come on this suddenly as well?

On the scale of 1 to 10, how high is this pain? Is it something that should be checked out?

If it's not that painful, but just worrisome, my advice would be to baby yourself through the next couple of weeks, until enough time has passed that you either get your period or can take a home pregnancy test.

If it turns out that you are not pregnant, please make an appointment to see your doctor. Pregnancy can be tougher on women with PCOS, and you need to know just what's going on with the pain.
