You did test a little too early but if you were to take a pregnancy test now you should have accurate results. Pregnancy symptoms vary from person to person and just as you may have a missed period, nausea, and frequent urination another person may have a missed period, tender breasts, and extreme fatigue. Also keep in mind that very early on the most common symptom is simply not getting your period and the rest of the symptoms soon follow.
