I think its a wonderful idea ... I do not understand the controversy especially for allowing availability in South Africa and other countries in which the statistics of a woman getting raped is astronomical. ( 1 in 4 South African men admit to rape!) (see article below)These are women AND children who have no voice.... today there are women who are raped are then stoned because they are no longer virgins. (see 2nd article)
Kabul - passed law that forbids women from refusing to have sex with their husbands and requires them to get a male relative's permission to leave the house.
