I had this done when iwas38. I'm now 42 and have only had a few issues but would not change my mind to have it done again. I was passing clots the size of golf balls hourly. My periods lasted for several weeks it was horrible. I was always tired.the problems I have had is about once or 5twice a year I have severe cramping that I miss one day of lying in bed curled into a ball waiting for it to pass. Then would spot a little then it would be gone the next morning was only sore. A continous pain on the right side . The dr gave me a pain killer that would get me thru that very odd day. He told me I could havea lite period or none at all. I do not have one except for that one day.
