I am very healthy and active but received a flu shot in my left arm and now a week later I am having severe lower back pain. I have not had any injuries so that was the last thing I did was get the flu shot. Maybe a coincidence? I have never taken medication before but I am taking ibuprofen 800mg 3 times a day which is helping.
