I am healthy late 30s, regular exercise at the gym and running. Here is what is common to me:
1. Severe lower back pain, hard to walk, very painful to even cough or take a deep breath, tun side... perhaps the worst (or at least different from) I have ever experienced. Noticed late evening on the day of the shot, worse the morning after, even worse today which is the day 2 nights after
2. Got shot in walk in CVS, high on the shoulder, make shift injection side, moved my shirt from neck down resulting in injection higher up on the shoulder. Nurse & me both in a hurry with long queue. Injection more painful than usual.
3. Got the shot while still recovering a flu infection. Have gotten flue shots for decades now on and off but nothing like this ever happened.
4. My lower back muscles (where pain seems to be) may be tender from the dead lifts and such but absolutely nothing was noticeable before I got the short and I have doing these exercise for years.
