2018 I've been working out with a personal trainer since January. I'm in great shape and always have maintained a healthy weight. I got the flu shot on 10/11/18 and on 10 15 / 18 started slowly feeling back pain increase to the point where I couldn't walk on 10 16 and was carried out to the car by my husband and brought to the ER. (Nothing triggered it) They evaluated me and determined I wasn't dying and sent me home. ( Still unable to walk) it's now 10/ 29 and I can walk but I can't bend over or turn. It's still very touchy and painful. I had an MRI and haven't gotten the results yet. I'll assume I'm not dying or they would have called asap. I meet with my doctor This week. I also now have a horrendous cold! So next year I'll take my chances and skip the shot. This doesn't seem coincidental.
