I got the flu shot in October this year. (2018) It is only the third flu shot Ive ever gotten, and I am 54.

A week after getting it, I began having severe tailbone pain, hip pain, knee pain and a weak leg. Also a strange tingling sensation on my tongue .I couldn't stand up or sit down without holding onto something, including the toilet.

The doctor took x-rays and said it was scoliosis, but I have always had scoliosis and never had this pain. She prescribed physical therapy.

After about 4 weeks it seems to be improving on its own. I'm supposed to see the physical therspist in December, but if I keep improving, I doubt I'll go. Tailbone still hurts.
