I assume you had unprotected sex (without using a condom)? If so, please be sure to use a condom next time...they are up to 98% effective at preventing pregnancy, so you won't have to go through this agony and stress again!
If you just had sex 4 days ago, it is not possible to have pregnancy symptoms. It actually takes your body 10-14 days to become pregnant after unprotected sex, so you wouldn't even notice any pregnancy symptoms until at least 2-4 weeks after sex (most women don't even notice any symptoms until 5 weeks). So, that should help ease your mind regarding your current symptoms.
Since it takes almost 2 weeks to even BE pregnant (the 10-14 days I mentioned early), a pregnancy test would not indicate a pregnancy until two weeks after unprotected sex. If your periods are not regular, then you should wait at least 14 days or longer for either your period to start, or to take a home pregnancy test (available at any grocery store or drug store, about $12-$15).
