I have the same problem.... i am never able to concentrate ... so much so that pple complete their work ... move ahead... i am still left on the first thing .... though i have the abilities to finish things much faster ... however , i am not able to do so ... i always think i need to concentrate more and study more and work more ... i always keep thinkin of work... bt whenever i start working ; i get distracted .. i am really upset with .. Please help
