Yes, I have tried anti-inflammatories and strong dose of aspirin which does help a bit. I also did have a damaged spine (some sort of stress fracture of the spine in the region of my shoulder blades) in the late 80's which was untreated. This only appears to have affected the mobility of my neck. My doctor says the numbness in my toes is age related nerve damage. I have not consulted with him yet regarding the arthritic toed and pain of the ligaments over top of my foot. Any more ideas? Thanks for your response
