Did your doctor say where the blood clot was? Or how large?

Did she or he give you blood-thinning medicine for it? Or discuss any other treatment?

How old are you? Have you ever been diagnosed with fibroids, or endometriosis? Are you or have you recently been pregnant?

Did the office take blood from you to see if you have a clotting disorder?\
