Unfortunately, there have been no studies proving any supplement or vitamin as effective in improving memory loss.

The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), explains one supplement that you have most likely heard most about for memory loss (Ginkgo Biloba), which has also, unfortunately, not been proven to work:
"In a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, 240 milligrams per day of the dietary supplement Ginkgo biloba was found to be ineffective in reducing the development of dementia and Alzheimer's disease in older people. Researchers led by Steven T. DeKosky, M.D., conducted the trial known as the Ginkgo Evaluation of Memory (GEM) study at four clinical sites over the course of 8 years."

Can you tell us more about yourself, and your symptoms, so that we may be able to assist you? Are you currently seeing a health care provider for any health conditions?
