Hi srim - I'm not sure what you mean by "blood stains on the plate" but am guessing you are saying you see blood stains on the toilet. One cause could be the constipation since you can tear the tissue around your anus when you pass a large stool because it essentially gives you a cut or tear. It will take a while for the cut to heal, and bleeding will occur until it does.

I'm sorry you don't have someone to talk to about this. Do you have a healthcare provider? Symptoms like rectal bleeding should be seen by a medical professional, and I think you would benefit from having some peace of mind about your situation and someone to talk to about developing an exercise program too, if that's what you would like to do.
