Are you able to see a doctor tomorrow? I am concerned that you have had a heavy and extremely painful period that is going on 8 days? (Your post was written Jan 3rd, and you said your period started 5 days before this. It is now the late evening of January 5th).

Women can experience painful periods, but not usually with extreme pain lasting for an entire week. I am worried about you passing out again from a week's worth of heavy bleeding and pain that you are still needing relief from.

Do you have a trusted adult that you can talk to, and go to the doctor tomorrow? (Doctor's offices are able to see sick patients the same day). The only relief from pain as a home remedy would be either ibuprofen or acetaminophen (Tylenol); there are some other over-the-counter pain medications marketed specifically to women for painful PMS symptoms (Midol is one), but the ingredients usually are the same as either ibuprofen or acetaminophen, with added caffeine or medication that can make you drowsy. It is still a good idea to call your Pediatrician's office tomorrow, and at least speak with a nurse about your pain level, or ask for a referral to a Gynecologist.

Will you let us know what you decide to do?
