Yeesssss it works. Check HCG chica on you tube. But the diet is not forgiving. Must be really strict. But you do your part it does work. Please have a plan in place once your done with HCG. Otherwise your back at square one. This is not a life style diet. But an amazing jumping off point. Total life changes.( a company) has a product ..Resolution. this help me maintain my loss.
