You can mix it yourself at home and give yourself the shots, that's what I do. If you prefer though you can just google and HCG clinic in your area they are becoming more and more popular.
Feel free to ask if you have any questions, if you'd like to do it on your own i'd be happy to give you the lowdown, but do to all of the info I'd rather send you it all to your email directly. Just let me know, and remember this weightloss protocol is for people who have a significant amount of weightloss to lose.
