If you haven't lost in 4 days you do an apple day. You only eat apples up to 6 total, and you can eat them whenever you want. You also don't drink as much water as you normally would.
Usually when I stall it doesn't last more than 4 days. Make sure you are drinking enough water so you are moving things through your system. You can also drop your veggie for one meal or your melba that usually helps a bit. Also, make sure you are not using powders or any spices with oils..yup..powder seasonings with oil, check all the labels to make sure you are not stalling from your seasonings. On the plus side there are some new things I've tried that haven't effected my weight! To spice things up you can try liquid smoke, Mcormick salad supreme and if you have a family member that will eat some taco bell have them bring you home some mild sauce! I put 1 packet on my chicken or eggs with a little dusting of Parmsean. It has never effected my weight loss and it gives the chicken a nice fajita flavor. I have also eaten some pre cooked sliced steak by Tyson in the fridge section, just make sure to check the back so you get one without any sugars. I will weigh the cooked meat to a little over 50 grams. The same goes for cooked chicken or shrimp, always under 100 grams.
The steak day should ONLY be done once you are done with the injections, and only if you go up 2 lbs or more. You don't eat all day and then have a super huge steak. Your weight may fluctuate a bit after you stop the injections so don't freak out until the scale seems to balance out a few lbs here or there, once it settles you'll know where your weight is at.
Hope this helps you out! I know it can be frustrating eating so little and not losing and stalling. If you have less weight to lose you will lose slower on this diet as well, so depending on where you are at it may be the reason as well.
