I am on day 9 of phase 2 on the HCG diet and have lost 16 pounds but I am confused....Let me tell you my story and can someone please give me some advice. I bought HCG Platinum from GNC, it is a homeopathic drop and I do not know if this is good or bad. I thought about ordering these drops i found online but was hesitant because I dont really know what I am getting. I have been following the 500 calorie a day diet but I did not realize that there were things I couldnt have. For example i found these 100 calorie bagels and I eat half of one with my chicken at lunch. Last night I made fish for dinner, but my family has to have it breaded so I used egg substitutes, cornmeal, and baked it. The total calories for that was 169 but now I am reading that I shouldnt eat cornmeal or bread. Do I need to start over? What do I do? And am I on the correct drops? There are sooooo many! I am afraid of being scammed. I am pleased with the results I have had so far, I just didnt lose any weight today and am wondering what to do. I am also afraid of having hangy skin, that maybe these drops I have are causing me to burn muscle not fat? I am not exhausted and my muscles do not ache so I dont know. I can say I havent been hungry on this plan. And normally I am always hungry and always eating! Looking at the what I am eating now as compared to what I ate then as appalling! I probably consumed 3000 calories a day before this HCG plan!!! Anyhow can someone or anyone please give me some guidance....
