I just had the procedure October 22, 2010 and I have mixed feelings. I don't have the heavy bleeding that some women experienced but I do have a lot of the cramping and lower back/rt hip pain. I also was quite loopy for a couple of days from the combo of medication they gave me for the procedure (xanax, vicodin, motrin, and a Tordol shot). I find it hard to believe that women are able to return to normal activities the next day. I am glad I took an extra day off from work to recover. I still have the lite watery discharge but I have not had a period yet so I am not sure of the results. Keeping my fingers crossed.
