The cramping after is what hurts . It is uncomfortable during and having to have a fill bladder is not the best feeling. The cramping after felt as bad or worse as the contractions with my son. Do not be scared that will make it worse. I was able to talk with my doctor to throughout, wanting to kknow everything about what was going on, he and his assistant were wonderful. AFTER, the apin was intense but only lasted for about 6-8 hours. Every one reacts differently. I was period free for 5 months, just had my first period and it was light. Hope you opt for it and that it goes easily. Michele
