I put hydrogen Peroxide on the blisters to stop the pain and it actually took some of the pain away. It was so relieving. i have this drawing salve stuff to help with the blisters. my mom say they will go away if i put that on there. my blisters aren't bad. i don't even think they are herpes blisters. but i am not taking a chance. if they are Friction blisters, stress blisters, or herpes blisters peroxide helps the pain dn dries them up because if the salt or you can try warm water and sea salt, and with a q- tip to the blisters. that will make them heal faster as well. hope this helps.
