I can't tell you what he is feeling for you-- that is for him to tell you. What he meant when he said "that's all you think about" is that you are constantly wanting sex-- at least in his eyes.
Is he older than you? Stressed? Over-worked? There are many different reasons why men will go cold or seem disinterested. Many men require visual stimulation in order to want to have sex with you and some men just lack the romantic gene. However, if he was once romantic and lovey-dovey with you and all of a sudden it stopped there could be two reasons for that: either he is no longer in love with you or you've hit a rocky road in your relationship which requires some sprucing up to remind him why he chose you over all the women out there.
