I recently consulted Dr. Crandall from yeast consulting service and ordered her candida packet which is very helpful and very scientific. She has a PhD in Microbiology and battled vulvodynia for years and started reseach on it. She gives a lot of details on some of these natural treatments that were useful to me. Maybe helpful to someone out there..
