Was your period that ended Jan. 9 a regular period? If so, then no, you wouldn't be pregnant. Occasionally women do spot when the embryo is implanting itself in the uterus wall, but that tends to be much lighter than a period.
Are your periods always that close together? To have a period end on December 19 and another end on Jan. 9 (I'm assuming that they are 4 or 5 days long), your periods are coming 21 days apart. Is that normal for you?
Was this recent period normal in terms of cramps, flow, etc?
Is the tingling in both breasts, both nipples? Have you noticed anything unusual, like a rash, or pain?
Has anything else changed in your life recently? Have you started or stopped a medication? Are you getting more exercise, or eating differently?
