Cherscott,

If I were you, I'd probably go ahead and make a doctor's appointment to have a blood test. They are the most accurate and can tell you whether you're pregnant sooner than some of the over-the-counter tests. If you aren't pregnant, you can ask your doctor if hormone levels could be causing the tingling, and if you should have the levels tested.

Is the tingling sensation a symptom that you had early in your other pregnancies, or like when you were breastfeeding? Is that what it feels like?

Is it all the time, or just when there is a temperature change? Or stress?

In my searches I found that in some women it is tied to the amount of caffeine they have had the previous day; could this be a factor?

Unfortunately I haven't yet come across anything to make it stop!!
