Hematuria

* Injury to the abdomen, pelvis, or internal organs of the urinary tract
* Vigorous exercise (resolves with rest)
* Urinary tract infection
* Cancer of the prostate , kidney , or bladder
* Kidney disease
* Kidney stones
* Bleeding disorders (eg, hemophilia )
* Certain congenital diseases (eg, polycystic kidneys )
* Certain medications

This long list of possible causes includes the organs of the urinary tract (bladder, kidneys, urethra, etc), and not the reproductive organs (uterus, cervix, vagina, ovaries, etc.), as these are two distinct systems.
Some medications may lead to hematuria; are you currently taking any medication for the treatment of your fibroids? Perhaps there is an indirect cause?
What has your doctor said about your hematuria; have you had a recent UTI (urinary tract infection) or medications? Are you having any troubling symptoms, and what has your doctor recommended as far as treatment options (for either/both hematuria or fibroids)?
