Hi Lauren,

Thanks for your feedback and questions! I eat eggs everyday and did throughout my entire weight loss. Here is my perspective - Eggs are a natural food and provide nutrients. Like anything in life moderation is key, so you by no means want to eat an entire dozen. As always check with your doctor, especially if you have high cholesterol. For me - I eat one or two eggs a day.
