Is everything okay? At home? Work? etc. Stress is an important factor in many things. This includes getting your period-- it can cause it to come late or skip it entirely. As far as losing weight, I know far too many people who have lost a lot of weight due to stress.

The effects of stress are highly individualized by each person and can lead to many poor behaviors. If you feel like factors in your life which are beyond your control are taking a negative toll on your health and well-being of those around you, please consider getting some sort of professional help.
