On average, it takes approximately 9-10 months after the last injection to get pregnant. Now, this doesn't mean that a month or two from now you might not get pregnant-- it is just an average. If it has been two weeks since your last shot expired, give it another 2 weeks to test in order to give your ovaries a change to restore their proper function. If you don't want to wait, go ahead and take an at home pregnancy test. They are highly accurate when done correctly and will give you peace of mind as well as encourage you to get early prenatal care.
