I don't believe ANYTHING doctors say- the older I get. All they want to do is push drugs, and if they can't troubleshoot something with those then they use the classic, "It's all in your head," relieving them of any responsibility to do anything!
I'm now 42; this issue started around 35, getting up several times at night to pee. I have been to Urologists, who gave me every test known to man, and the best they could come up with is I have a sort of small bladder compared to the average woman- wow; that helps! Then they did this bogus biofeedback machine crap, making me do those kugels and registering the energy I applied to such- another waste of time that went nowhere!
All I can deduce is the urination seems to get more frequent during PMS, but my GYN absolutely insists this is NOT a GYN issue. Again, i have little-no faith in doctors anyway.
I'm willing to try anything at this point, as I can't take having to take nap(s) every day simply to function!!
Anyone have any answers/relief suggestions?
MUCH appreciated!
