At your age irregularity is not uncommon as you are still maturing. There are other reasons why you may have a late/missed period also. The most common are - stress, a change in routine, hormonal imbalance, excessive exercise, illness, a poor diet, taking medications, changing birth control methods, weight gain or weight loss, thyroid issues, eating disorders or a change in body chemistry.
