All factors mentioned (eating/exercise/stress) can have a MAJOR effect on your period. How drastic were your changes in eating an exercise? Are you crash dieting?
Many times, for this very reason and others, it is not recommended to start a diet program without doctor supervision. If you have drastically changed your eating and exercising habits, I would recommend that you reduce the change, exercise a little less, eat a little more. Veggies, Fruits, meats are all a good way to start. Taking a vitamin also won't hurt. Remember that all bodies react differently to diet and exercise especially if your body is "shocked" by the sudden change.
If your period doesn't resume after this, then it may be time to pay the dr a visit.
