I live in the UK, where circumcision is very uncommon. I have only had contact with one circumcised penis and I found it a lot more difficult to please that gentleman in question than my other uncircumcised boyfriends.
I find it difficult to understand why men, without religious or medical reasons, would choose to be circumcised. My neighbour dated an American girl who said she would not have sexual contact with him unless he was circumcised. Bless his heart he researched it but thankfully the relationship had fizzled out before he went under the knife. Why is there such an aversion to foreskin? =S
