I have the problem. Sharp pain in and around iside of thigh area. My leg however gives out every step, I have been using a cane. This is the first time this particular thing has happened. I have lower back problems as well because of a short leg due to injury, which has lead to severe sciatica for some years now. I had orthotics made with a lift in the left leg which has greatly reduced bouts of sciatica. I am wondwering if this is all related somehow.
