VAmom,

I just wanted to echo what Alison said -- we are here for you. When you learn more, we can help you with any sort of research and support you need.

In the meantime, you might actually take some comfort from the third question on this page, about how they treat thyroid cancer (should this be what you are dealing with) during pregnancy:

http://www.thyroid-cancer.net/resources/answers.php3

And this page also supports that information:

Don't be terrified. Doctors clearly deal with this combination of thyroid cancer and pregnancy often. Your responsibility is to get the best information and doctors that you can, ask questions, and try to wait through all these tests with as little stress as you can. And please let us know when you know more so that we can help you with more information.

Take care, of yourself and that little one.
