I had a total hysterectomy. I have been using progesterone cream for several years and had no hot flashes. Now I am getting these heat surges various times of the day and night. I am sleeping so poorly. I cannot lose weight and I am always tired. I take levrothytoxine for my under active thyroid. Idk if thatakes a difference but I thought I would mention.
Can you please suggest something?
