I have this same pain and have not told the dr yet.. it is hurting so bad this week WHAT is it? It is to the right of the shin and hurts like someone is sticking a sharp knife in it just all of a sudden and then stops for a few mins. then comes back. It is not in the bone. I am 62 and disable with back probles and muscles. I have not been doing any big time exersize. Walking but not anything that would cause this. I have had it a little for a couple of years but not like this bad. It has not stopped in days!! Is it a nerve?
